ABOUT
Aleksandra Oracz seeks to capture the surreal and abstract world of consciousness in her paintings. Her works express inner needs and emotions, such as the search for peace, the inner struggle, the desire for self-acceptance, and the urge to let go.
Her art mainly features female figures, often shown in or under water—a place of transformation where old thoughts and feelings can wash away. Water represents the process of letting go and the inner fight for calm, as one must trust the water to fully immerse oneself.
The double representation of the figures illustrates the conversation between different parts of the self—the tension between acceptance and release, and between loneliness and connection. Through her art, Aleksandra invites viewers to explore their own emotional landscapes and find beauty in the journey of self-discovery.
